The mobile tech that came out this morning was very polite and helpful! He worked on the recall on my vehicle. He was fast and efficient. He let me know when he was 15 minutes out, when he arrived and the work was complete.
Sold me a truck with 2 bad catalytic converters less than a month ago and told me there was nothing they could’ve done to know that they were bad and now can’t get ahold of them to get it resolved
