Great experience Ms Betty was super sweet and nice
Service department was dishonest and unprofessional. The services I requested were alignment, balance, rotation, diagnostics for an engine light, and steering column rattle. Dropped off at 8:45 am. I was told the vehicle would be done before end of day, and if it wasn’t, that I would be notified with ample time to plan. No communication was initiated by Ford at any point over the 10 hour period. I had to call just before closing to find out the status.
