We needed to have the cruise control sensor fixed on our Ford Edge. It had come loose from the bracket. We made an appointment for a Tuesday at 10 am. We were told they would be looking at the car the next day and would call us to let us know what needed to be done. Even gave us a website where we could track our car’s progress. Wednesday…no call. I would not consider purchasing from a Ford dealership or owning a Ford vehicle again due to the clear lack of urgency, accountability, and professionalism demonstrated by this dealership’s service department. Based on this experience, I would not recommend the Ford brand to friends, family, or others. I brought in my daughter’s car that looked practically brand new with the exception of the front end. It needed a new hood, grill etc but it was a 2017 model. Dustin Hill, Production Manager took over and said he would work with the adjuster and ensure that everything contributed to the accident was accounted for including a wheel alignment. Company vehicle has been in the shop since November 21. Dealer did not request repair authorization until after I called on December 9th. It is now December 16th and I cannot get anyone to return my call.
