Awful customer service. Lady laughed at me because I wanted my car checked over after an accident. Do not suggest
Service was friendly and prompt. I only had a small issue but they were able to address it very quickly. If I were to ever need collision services again I would absolutely come back!
So grateful to Heather, Brandi and everyone at Cloninger Collison Center for their stellar work getting my car fixed. From drop off to pick up, everything was smooth and simple. They even took me home so I didn't have to call an Uber. I love the communication and text updates throughout the process letting me know what process was being done.
