Repaired starter battery. Failed to install plug and caused my engine to blow. Laughed at me but I took pictures. 78 yrs old. Did business wit them over 50 years.
My mom needed a battery on a Lincoln and Auto Zone couldn’t put one in because of where the battery was located. My sister spoke with Mr. Cloninger and he sold us the battery and installed it free of charge! What a wonderful experience and my mom will definitely use his services again!
I was chasing a misfire with no luck and figured these guys would get it straightened out. Turns out they just replaced the same exact parts I had replaced a few weeks prior?!! After returning home I FIND ONE OF THEIR TOOLS LEFT UNDER THE HOOD. Vehicle still misfired and I later discovered the plugs they installed were not gapped properly! Overall nice folks and I did discuss these concerns with them, but going forward the owner or master mechanic should check behind each repair!
