Bob added a three-car garage, master bedroom, mater bathroom, huge walk-in closet, and laundry room addition to our existing historical home (built in 1891). Everything went extremely well and Bob designed the entire project himself. His workers were professional and worked very hard, even on those extremely hot July and August days. Our 100-year-old vacation home presented some unique challenges, including 2 chimney removals and the need to remove load-bearing walls for an open concept design. Bob and his crew were more than up to the task! He provided creative solutions, kept us informed throughout the process, and delivered exceptional results within our limited timeframe. We're thrilled with the quality of their work and the increased value it's brought to our property. Our rental calendar is filling up! Highly recommend!
