Poor Installation & Misdiagnosis We paid close to $15,000 for a brand-new AC unit for our store, and it still does not work properly. From the beginning, I let Bryer know that the AC wasn’t cooling as expected — our fridges were overheating, and the store remained hot. Missed Appointments & Unprofessional Service After ongoing issues with the new AC system they installed, we scheduled a follow-up with Bryer for Wednesday at 12 PM. We waited at the store until 2 PM, but he never showed up — and when I went to text him, I discovered our conversation and his number were gone. I called the contact number from their email, and his wife picked up. Clockwork installed the gas line for our new power generator. The line looks super clean and they took the time to paint it to prevent rust. I was very happy with their service. I have them scheduled back to replace one of my furnaces as they noticed a major leak. Thankful for your guys services!
