Poor Installation & Misdiagnosis We paid close to $15,000 for a brand-new AC unit for our store, and it still does not work properly. From the beginning, I let Bryer know that the AC wasn’t cooling as expected — our fridges were overheating, and the store remained hot. He told us it was “normal” for the AC to only cool from 31°C to 25°C on hot days, which is simply not true. Our home AC can cool to 21°C easily, even in peak summer. Missed Appointments & Unprofessional Service After ongoing issues with the new AC system they installed, we scheduled a follow-up with Bryer for Wednesday at 12 PM. We waited at the store until 2 PM, but he never showed up — and when I went to text him, I discovered our conversation and his number were gone. I called the contact number from their email, and his wife picked up. Bryer was awesome. He answered all of my questions and he was extremely professional. I really appreciated his follow-ups. I highly recommend this guy!
If we could give more stars, I would! The service Bryer provided us for a none functionning furnace on the worst day of winter was remarquable! We called early sunday morning of family day weekend because our furnace had stopped working. He came within the hour and had to change the furnace. This guy drove all the way to Ottawa in a big snowstorm, and came back to change the new furnace the same day! Now if that is not great service, I don't know what is. Would highly recommand Clockwork HVAC
