Bryer is top notch, the best in his trade, caring, knowledgeable, understanding in your needs I highly recommend if you need a true professional, he got us through the cold when our furnace quit. I could not believe we got this high quality service in this day and age, no scams, no upsells, got the job done right and within budget I highly recommend!!
Poor Installation & Misdiagnosis We paid close to $15,000 for a brand-new AC unit for our store, and it still does not work properly. From the beginning, I let Bryer know that the AC wasn’t cooling as expected — our fridges were overheating, and the store remained hot. He told us it was “normal” for the AC to only cool from 31°C to 25°C on hot days, which is simply not true. Our home AC can cool to 21°C easily, even in peak summer. Clockwork installed the gas line for our new power generator. The line looks super clean and they took the time to paint it to prevent rust. I was very happy with their service. I have them scheduled back to replace one of my furnaces as they noticed a major leak. Thankful for your guys services!
Bryer was an absolute pleasure to work with. Diagnosed and fixed my issue in the same day and got heat restored to my unit. 10/10 service , would highly recommend
I’m very happy with the service. Bryer explained the operation of our furnace very well. In his inspection, he found something that had been overlooked in the original installation. During the original installation in 2020, the furnace was set up to come on full speed all the time. There is a setting in the thermostat that allows it to come on half speed when appropriate, and full speed when necessary. Bryer made the change to allow for the two different speeds.
