The room was ok, hard to find with lack of clear instruction. The "host" Carmen informed us she owned the building however Carmen works at the pub across the road and hands out the keys for check ins. As we know the real owners, we found her claim to not only be insulting to our intelligence but also unprofessional and delusional. Over all dealing with Carmen was painful and annoying.
The person in charge of functions at this venue, lacks courtesy and failure to relate to persons in a respectable manor. A very upsetting experience. Carmel
