I have recently been in the care of Dr Echo and found her to be very competent, delightful and compassionate. She always has a smile on her face and it’s a pleasure to attend her appointments. I highly recommend Dr Echo as a GP.
There is a recording when you first call asking to be respectful to staff - it’s a pity such courtesy wasn’t extended to patients when they call.
Dr Helen Stanley is an amazing Dr. She is compassionate and totally thorough. It has taken me 5 years to find a Dr that I'm so totally comfortable with. Sadly that is coming to an end. I wish her every happiness in her retirement.
Being new and 72 years of age I have been treated with professionalism and empathy. I can't believe how lucky I am to have found a doctor who will stay listen and ask relevant questions Thank you Dr Sudan I am so happy to have you as my GP The Clocktower staff seem happy and efficient . Amazing drs that always do their best to help friendly reception stall that always greet you with a smile. 10 years ago I lost half an arm to a traumatic injury, I couldn’t imagine how I would have gotten thru this with out this team from clock tower medical, all the dressing changes and wound care from the friendly nurses to all the drs that helped with my recovery, pain management and everything else that was needed or even just the reception staff always making sure I was book in for everything I needed or even just askin... read more
