I had my first visit at Clocktower Family Dentist and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in the door. The receptionist was extremely patient and thorough with helping me sort through my insurance and benefits. My hygienist (Stephanie) was so knowledgeable, professional and personable. Dr. Austin is great. Some of the hygienists are great, some are fine. Easy scheduling and no billing issues.
Kind, caring, competent, clean and efficient. What’s not to like?
