Possibly the worst hotel we have started in. Fancy getting a Tex just after check in, sorry we couldn't steam clean the carpet. The reason was it smell of cigarette smoke and had wax on the carpet. This was supposed to be an executive apartment, it was not. The staff member brought in incenses sticks, still smells . This was a huge disappointment, we were looking forward to our Saturday night in Carlton. This is a great spot, pity they take very little pride in it.
got there and was informed they didn't have a room for me, then they didn't even give me a refund. booked on Expedia and they said there was nothing they could do either. shit experience
Don't risk it. Booked on their website. They called me 2 days before our stay to say they couldn't honor the booking due to a mistake on the website.
