The Clocktower Apartment Hotel is a fabulous place to stay in the heart of Carlton. It's not posh, but it is roomy and brilliantly positioned. And a shout out to Krishni in customer care who is really, well, caring! She went over and above to look after us when we arrived later than expected. If you're looking for value, location and hospitality on the heart of Melbourne, The Clocktower Apartment Hotel is a great place to start!
Absolutely awful stay. The room stank of musty cigarette smoke, the windows and balcony door were jammed shut, and basic maintenance was a mess — clogged sink, broken shower seal, and a light fitting hanging from the ceiling. Uncomfortable, poorly maintained, and unacceptable.
