Amy was upfront with pricing and even let me know what questions I needed to ask my insurance provider to make sure I wouldn’t have any surprises with coverage. Tammy was very personable and thorough with the financial paperwork. Gloria was beyond amazing with my anxious 10 year old and made sure to explain everything to her before and during the process, making her feel at ease with the procedure. Dr. Short is very friendly and knowledgeable and with how great his team is I highly recommend them!

Love coming to Clock Tower Orthodontics. Amy was very thorough when it came to the financial process. She answered any and all questions we may have had. We were then seated by such an amazing assistant, Gloria. She explained step by step process for first time ortho and thoroughly explained after care instructions.
