Disappointed after receiving surprise 350 dollar bill for services rendered on 6/2/25. Not super impressed with the audio answering service that took my off hours call. Not impressed that at time of service I asked not to take images as there was no reason to and no history of issues and was told no, that it's custom for their practice to take to needed to be done. Now I am being charged total of $165 for said images when I presented no complaint and wanted a standard cleaning. Turns out insurance is lapsed and now I'm stuck... read more
