Unfortunately, the equipment in bays is not accurately funtioning like it used to be. Selected spot free rinse and instead got greenish fluid (wax?). People who weren't with cars were sitting and lounging in empty bays during daylight hours, had to wait for free bay.
Had a great experience here tonight. I went around 9 PM and paid for the deluxe touchless wash. The machine started spraying soap but then suddenly stopped and reset, leaving my car covered in soap. I backed out and tried again, but it still didn’t work. Even though it was almost 10 PM on a Sunday, I called the number listed and left a message, not really expecting a response. Terrible. Nothing works. Dont waste your money
Just went through the touchless wash and it didn't clean anything off my car AND left soap all over it. Had to take it into a self-wash bay and pay another $4 just to get all the soap off. Avoid the touchless wash!!!!!
