Clément Marchand decided to go out of business sometime towards the beginning of 2024 and never made that clear to all their customers who had maintenance plans with them. You would think that they would include, at the very least, a little blurb about this on their site. Nope, nothing. Maybe, contact folks with a letter or call or email. Again, nothing.
