May be Dr. Hooi should learn how to speak to patient first. Too rude. No explanation about problem. Worst experience will never go back.
Sleep study failed, but I was not told about this, altho being assured I would be told promptly. This resulted in a wasted trip to a lung specialist who was a long distance away. When I went back to the office to report the problem, all I got was buck passing.
