I was visiting Darwin on holidays and having trouble with my Cpap mask. On contacting Jason he invited me to come to the store where he was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he ran through everything I needed to know about adjustments to the machine and mask. He also showed me alternative masks which may improve my sleep experience. His service was second to none and I would thooughly recommend him. Thanks Jason a great help to me Brenton Sharpe
I just wanted to give a shout out to Jenny and also Jason. It was a bit of a journey considering my situation with my defence application. They made so much effort to make the process as seamless as possible. I wasn't the easiest client to deal with, so much teething process they had to deal with but they made it work with my specialist in adelaide and the trial I went through. I can’t speak highly enough of CLM Sleep Co. Hibiscus. I came to town for just three nights and realised I’d left my CPAP machine back on the Gold Coast. Jenni and Jason went above and beyond to help me out when I really needed it. They were friendly, understanding, and genuinely cared about getting me sorted so I could sleep properly during my stay.
