Would like to thank Nikol at CLM Hibiscus Sleep clinic for the exceptional care and support I received. Nikol's professionalism, expertise and knowledge across brands, mask types, review of apnoea history and advice, made a significance difference. Nikol recognised when sleep physician followup was required, and wrote a letter for GP of findings (increasing central apnoeas), to initiate the referral to a Sleep Physician. Tried to buy a CPAP machine at 4.20pm Monday and no one answered the phone and no one in shop. There trading hours advertised are open till 5.00pm.......bad service will buy elsewhere....... Bad Service.
This is a top level service for sleep support. Nicole looks after you so professionally and takes the time to provide the highest level of service. Cannot recommended this business and the high level of customer service high enough. You’re in good hands here.
