Terrible service. He came out to fix my air conditioning unit. He did not have the part a capacitor and had to go get it. Then found out another piece was bad. He said he would’ve back around 8:00 am the next morning. He didnt make it to my house until 11:00am. He then said the unit was fixed without testing it. It was not fixed. I called him back over to fix the unit. Upon his return he played with the wiring a bit and said he had to go to a job at another house. Left without fixing the unit. Said he would be back in 2 days... read more
The owner is a straight shooter, I've never heard of him give anyone bad service. Jack will always give you great service
