Drivers are nice, but when calling in for help thru the call center, I’ve never gotten help. Our pick up day is Thursday and we place our can on the curb the night before. It’s 7pm on a Thursday and our trash has not been picked up yet.
Very rude company
Only had the service for 6 weeks and 2 times they have not came to pick up.
I’m very pleased with Cycle Works.
CLM/GFL Is by far the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Their billing system is terrible. Customer Service Has gone out the window with this company. You can never talk to anyone in management and Customer Service cannot help. Do not use this company.
