This case no man work, girl looked in our trash decided it’s was too heavy to move, across to the truck for dumping, therefore we did not get our service. We called customer service, told driver will return on same day, he was a no show. Then call back, said we will have a special pick up the next day, a no show. We have had this company 16 years here through all name changes, surprisingly having this issue all because of one lazy Xxx new girl employee, whom we never seen on our residentially route.
Drivers are nice, but when calling in for help thru the call center, I’ve never gotten help. Our pick up day is Thursday and we place our can on the curb the night before. It’s 7pm on a Thursday and our trash has not been picked up yet.
Very rude company
Only had the service for 6 weeks and 2 times they have not came to pick up.
I’m very pleased with Cycle Works.
