Very professional and very courteous
The young woman with short height(looks under 150cm) at the first-floor reception desk with long blonde hair was unbelievably rude. I felt discriminated against because of the way I was treated. Healthcare workers should treat patients with respect, and based on my experience, she does not seem suitable for a position that involves caring for people who are ill and seeking help. 2026.16.July around 4:40pm.
