My partner and I have trusted, what we thought, was a professional business to completely renovate our home in Fort Lauderdale. We started the project with a signed contract in February 2020, with actual work beginning end of May 2020. I made and appointment for 11:00 AM with Chad to discuss my kitchen remodel. He shows up at 11:00 PM banging on my door yelling "Let me in, I'm here for the kitchen remodel, let me in, I'm here for the kitchen remodel" repeatedly!! I did NOT answer the door or any of his calls due to this bizarre event. I have a young child that was scared and shaking over this mishap. I don't understand how he could have messed up the time and then behave like this?? I can't recommend to anyone based on my experience.
I made an appointment with Chad for11:00 AM to discuss my kitchen remodel. This man shows up at my home banging on my door at 11:00 PM!!! He kept yelling "I'm here for the kitchen remodel, open up", I'm here for the kitchen remodel, open up" repeatedly. I'm not sure if he had me mixed up with someone else, but I just did not answer and I also stopped answering his calls. It baffles me how he could have messed up the time and then behave like this... just so strange. I can't recommend to anyone based on my experience.
Contacted Chad for an estimate for a kitchen remodel and he said he would call me back. Calls me back two weeks later at 1:00 AM leaving me a message to call him back. I don't deal with people who are this irresponsible. Sorry, can't recommend this guy.
