Christina is so passionate about pilates. It's her life and dedication that make her teaching so awesome! She's helped me a lot within a year. And opened my eyes and my heart to the fitness world. If you're just starting out she'll do the moves with you and watch you grow and get stronger. She'll work with you as far scheduling goes. And she's such a sweetheart. And she genuinely wants to make sure your body is up to doing the moves. I would highly recommend CLJ pilates.

Christina is a unique teacher. Her instincts and intuition are spot on when it comes to knowing just what your body needs in each session! She is well trained (and is continually seeking more knowledge through continuing education) and knows exactly how to administer each exercise to meet your body’s needs.
