Very unreliable, very very very slow! And never kept promises!!! I gave him 50% downpayment last August, and a few more payment in following months, which made the total over 70% of contract cost. After 5 months, even the frame was not finished! He only send people to my house once a week, sometime didn't even show up in weeks. I tried to call and text him, and only rarely got some text responses. They asked for payment very promptly though. We almost got called daily from his assistant when the monthly payment was due.
