I bring 5 cars here!! Not anymore! Old timer with red face sees me washing my truck, had some mud come off during winter wash. Clown tells me “ you’re going to clean that off aren’t you” Hey Clyde, you have 3 car washing companies coming on Hickman, you think talking to customers in this manner is going to keep your sleepy car washing palace in business? Update: full refund received Update: the owner called me after getting more than one complaint about the lack of soap being dispensed and just initiated a full refund and is looking to see if there is a kinked hose or something causing there to be no soap dispensed. He was very polite and I am impressed with his customer service and follow through. I utilized their self service wash today and I have to say it was the worst car "wash" I've ever experienced.
