Initially was very good .I was looking forward to completing my 8 month program for my hair care.until I found out Melb clinic is closing down was extremely disappointing to get that email. Michael has great customer care takes time to explain everything.. Easy to interact with him about the products & he takes time to take you through step by step. Pity he is not going to be there to continue my treatment.

My sons journey with alopecia started when he was 4 years old. It was once he hit puberty that the hair loss became significant. At one stage he had lost almost all of his hair. My 11 year old son Mason started to get a few bald patches on the back of his head in September 2016. We saw our GP which didn’t solve his problems and Mason ended up with painful injections into his head. I searched online and found Clive Hair Clinics through Google. We had an appointment booked within days. Michael assessed Mason and hair samples were sent off. Within two weeks we had results.
