We have been patient’s of Dr Roberson for over 20 year’s always taken all my children to him he is an amazing Dr so is his assistant. Out of no where I call to schedule an appt for him his allergies are really bad missing school, I’m told I owe $50 which I never knew of that balance he always had insurance at this time I don’t have the finances to pay that and was told that unless I pay it my child can’t be seen! Pretty appalling to see a doctor maskless when signs are plastered all over the medical complex to wear masks. Seemingly unaware, too. Very uncomfortable.
It was not a good experience never saw him in the office all the time I was coming there for test what my primary sent me always ARNP nurse practitioner or his Assistant it was a bad experience at dr Clive E Robenson I will never step foot back in that office longest I live on this earth
