Clista is an amazing health professional. She is both compassionate and knowledgeable. Clista is genuinely invested in her clients' health and wellness. She really takes the time to listen and fully understand her clients' challenges to identify the best solutions. I highly recommend her!!!
The program and yoga positions Clista taught us have improved our core strength and mood. Time in her sauna or massage chair will have you excited about your next visit. Great products rounded out my experience and has improved my life.

If you are experiencing pain in your body, or you have a desire to do what is good for your body, Clista Woods is the person you want to see. I recently had pain in my back and she was able to use a technique named rapid pain release that truly assisted me with my pain. I am so grateful I was referred to her she has the ability to pinpoint where the pain is.
