Absolutely loved my very first class! They are so welcoming here explained everything really well and most importantly you have fun while getting a great workout in. You don’t have to be well versed to take a class, they teach you everything. I’ll definitely be back!

All the classes at Clique have been great! Love the owners and the instructors are all great! Cheryl’s beatbox class has always been one of my faves. She is highly motivational and always keeps pushing us to go past our comfort zone to keep improving. Her personality makes her the perfect instructor! Her high-energy classes and great music selection keep me always wanting to come back for more 💪 🥊

I just did my first class with Sophia. I’ve done a ton of spin classes but nothing like this! It’s really impossible to describe the energy in there. It’s very challenging but I loved every second. I can’t wait to try boxing.

This is the best workout class I have ever attended in my life. The instructor gave the class his 100% attention and energy and the class was so thoroughly planned out and executed with precision and flowed through smoothly. I had so much fun. As a division 1 college athlete this class gave me similar endorphins to a gameday! The front desk staff was so welcoming and accommodating as someone from out of town and nervous in a new city. I would give 100 stars if I could!
