The absolute worst merchant in history. Im not even sure how these people have approval to do what they suppedly do. No one there knows what is going on. They charge you high fees then they lie saying they will refund you and lower fee but they dont. Its like everyone there is on some serious drugs. All they do is hit your bank account when you xall and ask why they dont know then they put you on hold and keep asking the same questions. I have a merchant account through USA Payments for my small retail business and USA Payments use Cliq as their merchant bank. When looking at my bank statement I notice Cliq has been pulling out unnecessary fees that they're not supposed to pull out based on our contractual agreement. So when I call to get it resolved. They were rude and couldn't help me so they ended up hanging up on me. Now dont get me wrong, i was not the nicest person either and they did feel my frustration over the phone.
