Have a faulty inverter, replacement inverter has arrived. Messaged Clipsal to arrange a technician to replaced, no reply after one month. No response to many emails. Stay away from this company.
Had a few faulty switches in my new home. Clipsal promptly sent someone out and replaced them all free of charge and advised me to call them back if I had any other issues later down the track. Thank you 👍🏼
The Clipsal Wiser has got to be the biggest piece of junk tech - and the biggest rip off - on the market. Spent thousands getting so-called smart lighting and power thriighour our house. If the absolute nightmare setting it all up wasnt bad enough, pray to God you never have any appliance trip your safety switch - this caused several of our light switches to stop working. I am absolutely mind blown with how efficient their “Airflow” bathroom fan/exhaust is. Usually we turn the fan on before having a shower so haven’t been able to truely appreciate how good this is; My partner forgot to turn it on today before having a shower, when I entered the room after 10mins of the fan not being on the room was almost not visible inside and extremely hot from all the moister in the air and the mirror was just one wet wall.
