Clipsal came out and replaced all our Saturn Zen, Push Button Switch, LED. They were all faulty but after replacing all work perfectly now. Thanks for the great service and warranty backing.
Thank you for your reply. I understand business is not easy in Australia. Your current business management cannot help, as you already set this product as non repairable when selling, thus no spare parts exist in your warehouse. I don’t deny that business is to earn money, but please also consider for Australia people.
Saturn Zen, Push Button Switch, LED Biggest waste of money. Renovated house and replaced every switch and power point with Saturn Zen range worth 2k. Cover plates on these switches are so flimsy that if you do need to take the cover off for any reason, the 4 little pins that hold the cover in place snap off, when you try to align the plate to put it back in place. Once they snap off, you cannot put the cover plate back on, it falls off I was told that Clipsal do not just sell the cover plates by themselves. You must purchase... read more
