This business deserves a ZERO!!! Talked to an individual about cutting 4 to 5 branches off of a tree in our front yard above power lines and our home in October of 2023. He quoted a cost and we agreed in early October. October, November, and all of December as of today, December 12, 2023, I still have not heard from him. I called him today and told him who I was and he hung up on me. Why can't people who own a business just be honest and fair?
James was very helpful in the removal of 3 trees. He was always in communication and came out multiple times to solve our issues. Would recommend to anyone needing a reliable, reasonably priced, professional tree service!
