This was our second time coming here. We weren't thrilled the first time with the cut but decided to give it another try. We don't know who to go to, so as a walk-in, we got the same person. Unfortunately we are still not impressed. We had pictures of what my son wanted, when I showed him that one side was clearly uneven (one side had a straight line, the other was tapered), he appeared a little annoyed and spoke to the others in the store in Spanish, clearly to complain (not loud).
