My husband had been going here for years and always had a great experience with Yarguel — he was phenomenal. Since he left, unfortunately the quality has really declined. The new barbers (Bubba is one) seem rushed and focused on getting clients in and out as quickly as possible. On more than one occasion, my husband was told he was “all set” before his beard or eyebrows were touched and without the haircut feeling fully finished. Horrible place, don’t take your kids here. Especially to Connor O’Neill. I would avoid his chair altogether. He’ll probably take candy from your kid, and the owners will probably laugh and not do anything about it. That’s how messed up this place is.
Connor O’Neill canceled my appointment at the last minute, then proceeded to cuss me out and use racial slurs. I contacted the barbershop and spoke with a Charli, and he assured me that the manager would get in touch with me or the owner, and no one did. That’s fine. I’ll just keep posting these till they do.
Connor O’Neill treats customers Horribly especially somebody who charges $60 a haircut, which is insane. Still waiting to hear from the shop.
