Same old song and dance on the OBX. Hours clearly noted and nobody there during those hours. Nobody answering their phone during scheduled hours either. I guess they figure they’ll cut your hair if you’re lucky enough to arrive when they happen to be there. So tired of the total lack of professionalism and ethics from these supposed service providers on the OBX, and this business is no exception. I’d rate them a ZERO if it were an option.
