Excellent safe solutions.....
This company took my money and then failed to return calls or emails after the sale was made to provide an update on the status of my order. The delivery time blew out by 8 weeks from what was initially promised which is double the estimate. I would not recommend this company and will go back to my usual mantra of buying Australian made in future.
Not good enough. Relied on Clipex knowledge and expertise. Paid in full over $5800 worth for End of Financial Year Sale in June didn’t get order until October. Had to call or email weekly from September to try find out when our order would get here as no updates were forth coming meanwhile we are getting advertising emails for their Spring Sale 🙄. Had a stock issue on my order. Without delay it was rectified in a way that left me very satisfied, and allowed me to start fencing the next day. Great customer service and great product.
