New to the area, I gave this place a try for our standard poodle. In his 10 years, our dog has NEVER come out of a grooming appointment looking so terrible! First off, they kept him for 8.5 hours - that's never happened. I expect three hours to be the maximum amount of time to receive service at a groomer. And this service was awful!
