My 17-year-old daughter took our small 20-pound Shih Tzu-Poodle mix to Clip N Tails for what was supposed to be a full-service grooming appointment. Everything was confirmed clearly at drop-off — the service was to include: haircut, shampoo and blow-dry, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, nail trim, and trimming of the sanitary areas and face — all for a quoted price of $70.
