I love Ms. Flo!!!! Been going to the Clip Joint for years!!!! I trust her with my babies. She loves them and treats them with the upmost care!
My 1st experience was absolutely HORRILBE!!!! My puppy ears were matted. The ignorant owner by the name FLO spoke to me like trash. I regret leaving my puppy there. She is just getting over being nervous. However she still growls ŵhen we wake her!!!!!! She sent me a text describing me as a funny lady and my puppy as a silly dog. What made my puppy silly? I have been taking my dog here for over 13 years! I WILL NOT be going back to the Clip Joint. Flo does not know how to talk to her customers - yelling and screaming at them. I witness this in the past with others, but she got very nasty with me when asking the reason why her prices go up every time I bring my dogs to her. It's not even about the money, but how she talks to you! If she treats humans this way, imagine how she will treat your pets! I would not recommend! We love the new location. It's a lil larger, looks to be beneficial to organization. It is clean and fresh. Staff and service are great. We love Florence because she cares about not only our babies/dogs but also their owners.
