She's perfect with most things but has a weird obsession when it comes to male dogs she will always bring up cutting there nuts off I let it slide most times but ask politely once for her to stop asking that it not going to happen she proceed to screaming at me an tell me I will have to go somewhere else I've been with her for my dog for almost a year or more mind you so is what it is she is one of the best groomers but she seem genuinely ignorant to life

We took our dog here for YEARS and there would be minor mistakes throughout, but our fur baby is a rescue and can be a handful. This all changed when Florence and her team PERMANENTLY BLINDED OUR DOG. When first confronted with the issue, Florence feigned ignorance and insisted our dog must have somehow blinded himself.
