First, I have to say the lady does a nice job grooming. HOWEVER, I tried her twice, the first time my dog was at the groomers for over 8 hours. 1.5 years later, I tried again. Called her early in the morning, had a conversation telling her I didn't like to have my pet caged, and that she should only accept the appointment if she could do the work when scheduled.
