The owner is terrible, she’s always cutting my massage appointments short, why am I paying for an hour long massage if she’s just going leave halfway through it? Unacceptable, I won’t be back

There is a reason why Clio has 5 stars! I came here previously for a massage and it was the best massage I’ve ever received. I haven’t stopped recommending it to people. Today I had an incredible Ritual facial at Clio Therapeutics!! Before the facial she checked my current routine and made sure there would be nothing that would impact my treatment.
