Crappy hours for a city hall...you need to be open every day during the week. You don't need 3 day weekends
Even though you may drop your payment on time or early they will still charge you late fees if they didn't enter it on time. Really wish We Energies would take over electric service here.
Pretty sure they are still running technology from Thomas Edison era. 2024 and have to physically go in, fill out paper apps and get signatures to start service which they still need 5 days to change. Oh and apparently, they only work 4 days a week and only until 4:30. So far ive spent a week and a half trying to get this service turned on between their short hours, days off, and hoops to jump through. Meanwhile took 5 minutes to change every other utility. Ther online presence is also pretty much nonexistent.
Everyone is very helpful.
