Greeted and friendly in an timely manner. Great at fast load out and check in. Not long wait time. Good of enough turnaround for for the average driver backing into dock. Now I'm at receiver and they stated that this has been an issue before from this shipper. Not knowingly this was my first time here at both shipper and receiver. I will double check before seal it. We have to make sure that both loader and driver secure loads. So that this wouldn't happen again.
