Complete trash cant get meds filled when the dr tells you to go to an er .having hell getting them meds from a pharmacy. Its trash system needs to be relooked at .worst va I ever been to .cant even get them to call you back .
Absolutely garbage care! Doctor told me I can’t treat you go to urgent care or the er instead of giving me a referral to a dermatologist like urgent care did. Urgent care prescribed medication and submitted a referral. VA “primary care provider” looked at me and brushed me off to urgent care. Told me they only do physicals.
VSO at this location is useless. Came here when the VSO in my area was fired and this guy is no better. You are better off filing online by yourself.
