I purchased a 2023 Ferris 500S zero turn, around two years ago.The sales team was absolutely fantastic. They gave me a great price, with 0% financing. It was a no brainer. Fast foward to now. The mower had 53 hours, and I ran into my first issue. I was told by service, that the issue was covered by the warrenty. The mower was eventually fixed and delivered, while I was at work. Had hub bearing go bad on my trailer. The guys were great, 4 guys worked on my trailer and had me back on the road in 1 hour. Too many great things to say about there service
