My wife and I are very satisfied with the service that we have received at Clinton Self Storage. We want to especially acknowledge the incredible service that we received from Alexa Garcia. Zero stars. Place is filled with ants, roaches, and spiders! Expect mold on all furniture too! Charged me for an extra month because I didn’t send them photos of the unit prior to leaving and when I explained I was in another state they said they would send someone to look at the unit however a week later still no one has checked the unit. I explained I requested to move out months in advance (July) and did move out in September when I said I would. I was still charged for October. Ron from Clinton self storage helped me cut off and replace my lock for my storage unit for a great price . Would definitely recommend
