Not bad. But modbox charged me $89 for 15x20. And it's climate controlled

Zero stars. Place is filled with ants, roaches, and spiders! Expect mold on all furniture too! Charged me for an extra month because I didn’t send them photos of the unit prior to leaving and when I explained I was in another state they said they would send someone to look at the unit however a week later still no one has checked the unit. I explained I requested to move out months in advance (July) and did move out in September when I said I would. I was still charged for October.
