Very friendly and I didn't have to wait long.
Dr. Shoultz is very knowledgeable and informative. He answered all my questions. His support staff lacked concern. I had to ask for a record of my measurements so I could order my glasses. I found out that I needed to have a focal distance measurement. So, I called and asked about the measurement and office staff said "Yes. We can do that but it costs $20! All my past optometrists provided this service as part of the exam. I am not going back to this optometrist again. I will travel the 15 miles to my previous optometrist. G... read more
