This is a great place to bring a family member for care you want to know why because I am 23 years old and I am getting care here am enjoying my time I am not sad or depressed 1. The staff give great care and they have great manners 2. The place is so clean the house keepers cleans each the rooms up&down spotless 3.the food is great different food 3x a day no complaints. 4. So much activities you will have yourself a ball also Field trips on fridays. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
This place Is the worst. My family member was in this facility about a year ago an it wasn't to bad. she is in there again and the quality of this place has drastically declined. The funny thing is they are under new management. It stinks all the time. There is no excuse for that. The majority of the staff members are rude and unprofessional. Their records are not accurate. My family member was moved from one room to another and at least a week later they were still giving visitors the wrong room number. How hard is it to up... read more
