Checked in for a 7am appointment load for Lowe’s not ready. Got loaded at 1:30pm took an hr, over 7 Trucks in line broker C&w dint pay detention! Not worth the wait!
I picked up a load yesterday, it took seven hours to get loaded. They had some trouble with the system to even when we were loaded we couldn’t get the paperwork. They said they will call when they have a dock ready, but I had to go a few times to get the dock because they were not calling. and the way they put the carts and the load of the flowers is terrible. Don’t be surprised if your load gets shifted and you find flowers on the ground. They need to cover the cards better not just with few layers of plastic shrink. The on... read more
I have nothing but good things to say about this place on my visit as a driver. They have parking for trucks right in the front yard when they open the gates you call the phone number on the gate and they get you unloaded my experience compared to everybody else’s made me a little worried after I read all the reviews talking about. Great people, awesome experience. Came in to pick up a load of trees, the workers stayed late and accommodated my late arrival. 1.5 hrs to load a 53ft trailer , all stacked on the floor is pretty good in my books.
