If I could give them zero stars I would. They prescribed me Ajovy over a month ago and I tried calling to let them know that I'll need a prior authorization mind you my pharmacy has sent over a prior authorization fax to them many times and the woman that works the front desk tried lying saying that she never got anything and when I asked her if they had any free samples of the Ajovy until my insurance could approve it she got really rude with me and said they can't simply just "keep supplying them to people." Horrible services. The staffing is absolutely rude and not pleasant to deal with. The lady at the front desk, Angela is beyond disrespectful. Please do better.
Facilities clean, some staff are polite and compassionate others seem to not have any empathy.
